Ideal location for city exploration
ideal location convenient train efficient room functional bathroom
The hotel sits conveniently between train stations. Arriving from the airport was simple. A bus route to the beach is just a short walk away. I appreciated the efficient room layout, including a nespresso machine and mini fridge. The functional bathroom had great toiletries.
The lift was not operating correctly, so I had to use the stairs for a short time.

The hotel's happy hour was a nice addition. I enjoyed a local beer. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop inside the hotel, a guest gets 10% discount on them. Pasta Emilia is close, offering dinner options.

The room had plenty of charging points for devices. There was a kettle available for making hot drinks. The mattress was comfortable. I rested well each night. The air conditioning worked well.

Assistance with laundry was available at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and professional, even arriving late. Staff were friendly and eager to assist guests. Early check-in was offered, very helpful after traveling.

city attractions public transport early access personable detail
The hotel is near city attractions and public transport. Staff welcomed me kindly and offered early access to my room around 11 AM. I got a complimentary coffee in the foyer. Staff did greet me by my name as I passed reception. This detail felt personable.
My room was somewhat smaller than I expected, so moving around with luggage was a little challenge.

The lobby looked nicely decorated, and created a inviting atmosphere. I noticed the hotel also has a cafe next door, so you can find a good coffee. Guests get a discount at the chinese restaurant.

the staff were very helpful. happy hour offered a great chance to grab beer. the room turned out bigger than i expected. it was also very clean.
I found the room layout bizarre with the bed stuck in a corner. there was quite a bit of unused space. also, i noticed noise from the aircon units on the roof. This was on the fourth floor! the hotel only has one small elevator, so it was slow getting to my room.
